Agreed on time and cost. Appointment arranged at my convenience. JB came on time, explained what he was going to do, and finished the job quickly. Such a nice guy. He was very understanding when I asked for more time to research other quotes and showed flexibility by offering to match them. The technician he sent was prompt and efficient.
