I had a fantastic experience with this company! They were responsive, offered competitive pricing, and treated my belongings with such care, as if they were their own. They made the moving process so much less stressful. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The scheduling was easy. They arrived as scheduled & did an excellent job moving my furniture. I have used Pegasus several times & have been very satisfied with their services.

PVL was amazing! They were so accommodating and patient when we had to change our move date multiple times. Everyone I spoke to was polite, helpful, and made the process simple. This was easily the least stressful move weve ever had. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with our experience with Pegasus! From the start, they responded quickly to my rate request, and emails were answered right away. The movers were on time, courteous, and professional, plus they worked super fast. We also appreciated that there were no extra charges for stairs, shrink-wrap, or mileage. This was my first time using professional movers and my husbands third, and we were both really impressed. Well definitely recommend Pegasus Van Lines to our friends and family!

This is the worst company ever. I was misled . I was told my item will be delivered in one week. It been over weeks and I havent gotten my items. I called Customer service, he was talking over me and didnt want to listen. He was so disrespectful. Please be mindful when choosing a moving company. I told customers service that he could have communicated with me he then said he doesnt have to. I disagree with that. My items are in your possession and you dont think you need to communicate with me. This is so said.

Hired this company to move all my belongings across the country. They told me 7 days. Than changed it to a month. They refused to answer my phone calls or texts. One email very vague saying it will arrive between Sunday and Tuesday. Ive now been without everything for 7 weeks and they are not responding to anything. I believe I will Never receive. Do not hire these people

Terrible experience with this company. They did not send contract when move was booked. They wanted everything boxed by us. Took 3 weeks to get our belongings only to have things disappear between when they were loaded and when they were delivered. When I filed a claim for missing items, was told it would take up to 8 weeks and when I contacted them after that time, they said they couldn't find our goods. They have a $350 deductible which goes by weight not value of goods that went missing. THEN they sent me their contract which states they're not responsible for basically anything. This is a shady company and I would stay as far away from them as possible. Use a large well-known moving company. Cost the same price but pretty sure, better service.

They took extra care with my belongings and even helped assemble some furniture. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company!

The experience was great! The team was quick and efficient, and I was out of one home and into the next in just a few hours. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. What I thought would be stressful turned out to be smooth and easy. Only reason for 4 stars is that a couple of small details couldve been handled better, but overall, Im happy with the service and the teams hard work!

Weve used Pegasus Van Lines twice to move our furniture. The first time, they stored it for four months while our remodel was being completed. The movers were courteous, careful, and very professional. We really appreciated their efforts and wouldnt hesitate to call them again!
