Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. did an excellent job replacing our flat roof. The crew was friendly and polite and most of all, competent. The estimate we received was competitive compared to the half a dozen or so companies we interviewed (even with the additional cost of carpentry to repair the structure once the roof was off). The job was completed over two days during the unseasonably warm weather in mid-March. Even though the overnight forecast was for clear skies, the crew at Canadian Roofing took the time to lay a tarp down on the bare roof just in case the weather should change. Jason Hunter, the owner of Canadian Roofing Company was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about all things roofing and truly proud of his team and the quality of their workmanship. I suppose if I were to have one criticism, it would be that the cost of the eaves trough replacement was not included in the original estimate. As a first time homeowner and soon-to-be parent, I would have preferred to have known the cost upfront to avoid the surprise when I received the invoice. Having said that, I am very pleased with the end result and I would not hesitate to refer my friends or family to Canadian Roofing Company, Ltd.

Needed new roof on house and double garage plus and old chimney had to come down. First time I have done a roof on this house but have had a number of similar jobs done by other companies in the past and have even done 1 or 2 myself over the years. The job Canadian Roofing did was fast, clean, and top drawer. I had other quotes for the job and they were the lowest as well. I would certainly use them again.

We needed speedy repairs to our roof from damage made by a raccoon. Canadian Roofing gave me a prompt response & very efficient service. Their work crew were courteous, neat & the clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Bill. The 2nd company I called for a quote still hasn't called me back!

I needed a new flat roof and some shingles and Canadian Roofing did a fantastic job. Left the site spotless, came when they said they would and well priced. Highly recommended.

I own a bungalow in the Leslieville area of Toronto and recently it needed a new roof and a downspout disconnection/relocation from the city sewer system. Based on all the great reviews, I set up an appointment with Canadian Roofing Company. From start to finish they were excellent! Jason spent a lot of time going over the initial assessment with me and was a great communicator throughout the process. The crew that came were easy to work with, professional and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. No complaints at all. Two days later, the downspout issue was dealt with and looks better than I thought it could! The entire job exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful because these were major items.

When I purchased my new home I was aware that the roof would need some attention. After interviewing several roofing companies I decided to hire Canadian Roofing Company. Why? -they are extremely informative -they are friendly -they get the job done right and rather quickly too Jason highlighted issues with our roof that other roofers either glazed over or missed entirely. Very impressed!

Jason Hanya came to my house to quote roofing my house and also a house I was renting for one year. I am experienced in home construction. Jason took the time to explain what was required and why, what materials would be used and why and what the quote would cover and not cover. He did what he promised and he followed up to make sure all was good on my end on the finished job. I have referred Jason to about five neighbours who have subsequentially used his servcies with the same satisfaction.

Needed eavestroughs replaced. These guys took a bit long to get back to me but once they did their service was excellent. Very friendly, professional, and excellent work. Price was negotiable and reasonable.

We moved into a new house, and although two home inspections claimed the roof was in great shape, we quickly found there were multiple leaks in the roof, and the flat roof was actually peeling off the house (you could pull it back to see the rotting boards underneath). We had a handful of companies come to quote us on the repair, and appreciated that Jason was the only one who took us out on the roof to show us the scope of work that needed to be done. Although his quote was one of the highest, we went with his company as he seemed the most knowledgeable. Work did take a while to start, but we understood the terrible weather was pushing back his company's production time. However, when the work on our roof commenced, it went quite well. A large crew of men worked on the roof for a week straight. Jason would bring us on the roof during work to show us things they found (one corner of the roof had completely rotted through and there was a gaping hole in the boards...this solved the mystery of the waterfall in the dining room whenever it rained). They repaired the attic above the dormer window where a raccoon had been living and had torn out the insulation. A lot of extra carpentry work had to be done as almost all the boards on the roof needed to be replaced - before Jason went ahead with any of the extra work, he made sure to contact us and discuss what this work would be. The end result looks great - pitched roof, flat roof and garage roof are all excellent, and the leaks we'd been experiencing around the house have not shown up again. Clean-up was great - the property looked better than before they started. Jason also had his crew clean our neighbour's eavestroughs, as he noticed, when he was on our roof, how badly their eaves were cluttered. The attention to detail Jason puts in his work is unbelievable. At the end of the day, it was a lot of money, but we're definitely happy we repaired the roof.

I had two chimney's on my 80 year old house that were causing water to leak into my attic. I called a few roofing companies and settled on Canadian Roofing Company because I felt confident they knew what they were talking about, had a fair and FREE quote (not all roofing companies offer a free quote if you can believe it) and Jason (whom I spoke with) was very friendly and knowledgeable. When the crew arrived (on time) they went right to work. This is when I was really impressed- they all knew exactly what they were doing and in just over an hour, both my old chimneys were gone, the roof was repaired, matching shingles were in place and the driveway was swept. It was as if the chimneys were never there. It was great to see professionals doing what they do best. I am very happy with my decision to go with this company and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. great job guys, thanks again.
