This project has been much pleasant than I expected. Since the moment Bill came by and make the assessment and estimate I knew he was trustworthy. He did not try to sell a full replacement even though I asked for his expert opinion and the easiest thing would have been to offer a complete change. He properly assessed the flaws of the previous setup and explained in detail what they would do, and included it in the estimate. I could not be at home the day they did the job and though I tried to return early they were done by 4 PM and there was no trace of their presence, other than a new roof and a swept driveway. The interaction with Bill has been very professional throughout and the final cost was exactly the amount agreed in the estimate. If you need a roof repair I would recommend to start with a call to Canadian Roof Company for an estimate.

Having purchased our house in 1998 we were told a that our roof would require a full replacement, not just an added layer, after many temporary repairs we decided to take the plunge. We did call three different companies and found Canadian Roofing Company the most informative. Jason talked us through the whole process in great detail and had the answers to all our questions. He left a quote and even encouraged us to shop around. What we found was that other roofing companies were not as informative, did not suggest things as Jason had, such as, removing an antenna and non- functioning chimney (included in our quote). A company even required a 50% deposit to get started. Our concern was primary the wood boards, after years of neglect we thought the would be a large portion that had rotted. Canadian Roofing's quote built-in an 50ft allotment for the roof boards where other companies did not and would charge accordingly once the job started. Feeling confident that we made the right choice in selecting the right company, we hired Canadian Roofing. Once the job had started, the various crews we courteous, fast, tidy and very well aware our neighbours, meeting all the was discussed, quoted and our expectations. The quote came in to the penny (no surprise charges). And finally, they take you up to the roof to inspect their job. I would certainly recommend Canadian roofing to anyone!

It was great to see four guys come and complete the roofing job in one afternoon within a week of the initial assessment. Everything Jason and his men agreed to do was done with nothing missed. They left our yard clean. Having had many contractor experiences, this was definitely a success. The crew was very professional and courteous.

When we needed a new roof we were unsure who to go with as there are so many companies. A neighbour had recently had his roof replaced and so we asked for his recommendation. Bill came out and checked our roof and gave a reasonable quote. The crew worked efficiently and expeditiously and did a careful cleanup afterwards. Needless to say we were very pleased with the job and would recommend Canadian Roofing to our friends.

Needed a full new roof. Got three quotes. Bill was the only one who willingly went up on the roof and gave me great advice on selecting a new roof. Price was not the lowest but competitive. The crew who did the work were respectful, fast and cleaned up well. Would recommend them to anyone.

The crew stripped 3 layers of old shingles, reshingled with 6 feet of ice and water shield and a metal drip edge, installed 7 vents, and installed a bathroom vent at no extra cost. The metal work around the chimney looks very good. All of my questions and concerns were handled respectfully and taken seriously. The work was professionally done and the cleanup was thorough. The job took just over one day. The roof looks great. It is difficult to find reliable and professional contractors and roofing companies. I would highly recommend Canadian Roofing Company Ltd.

We recently had our roof redone and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Jason was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the overall job. He even went up on our roof after the job was done to seal some areas that he thought were lacking. (and added an extra vent when we had a concern about the ventilation at no extra charge) He genuinely cares about his customers and won't leave until he hears it from you that you're happy with the job. How often do you find a contractor like that? Save yourself some time and go with Canadian roofing when you need to replace your roof.

I was worried about fly-by-night roofers. The industry doesn't have a good name. I met with Jason and his honesty and integrity was beyond reproach. I really believe he gave me the best price and delivered quality work,with excellent advise. I strongly recommend him. The job he did was: strip two layers of shingles, add 5 or 6 vents, replace soem decking, add a turbine, put 6 feet of rubber membrane on the roof and add a metal drip edge around the house and install organic shingles, haul away garbage and cleanup the area. The job was done in a day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Bill came to our home to give us a quote and gave us a detailed explanation of what the job would entail. Bill treated us in a professional manner and gave us a competitive quote. As important to us, he took his time to go over all details of the job and delivered the top notch job he had promised, always keeping us informed and responding to all our questions in a timely manner. Steve, Nate and the rest of the crew were fantastic, always friendly and courteous, completing the job in a thorough and meticulous manner. Outstanding service and professionalism throughout. I recently had my roof replaced by the Canadian Roofing Company. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the service and the professionalism. The service and professionalism is definitley what sets Jason and his team apart from other contractors. My roof was a complete disaster and Jason and his team did a great job (new shingles, fascia, sofits, etc.) and were in and out within a couple of days. If you're looking for an honest contractor who won't cut corners and will do a great job at a fair rate, Jason (the owner) and the Canadian Roofing Company should be at the top of your list.
