This was a great experience from beginning to end. Darren provided a detailed estimate with clear explanations for each of his recommendations. The crew were terrific as well and kept us in the loop as the job progressed using photography to explain what was happening and to show any issues that needed to be addressed. We did have issues in terms of the poor condition of our boards and they discovered that our chimney that was about to cave in. We were given choices as to what we could do and we decided to do it all properly. They also ensured our neighbours were respected as well as making sure there was no mess left behind. An absolute pleasure to do business with!

Darren, who we met with to get a quote, was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He put our minds right at ease that our roof would be in good hands. Beautiful job, great attention to detail. Work was done quickly, efficiently and on time (as much as April weather permits); work team was professional, courteous and willing to answer all my questions as well as provide photos of every step in the process. They also did an excellent job in keeping the workplace clean and leaving not a trace of mess. High quality materials were specified in the invoice details and now, not only do I have the most beautiful roof on the block, but I have confidence it will last! Pleasure to deal with this company.

I don't know how you could do better than Canadian Roofing Company. These guys are absolutely amazing from their customer service to the quality of their work to their integrity. I had a leak in my roof during the big snow storm of Jan 2021 and ice had built up on the roof such that water was leaking in at a pretty quick pace. I called Jason at Canadian Roofing and he was a true delight to talk to - friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help me out right away. He was able to walk me through the process and even tell me the likely cost within minutes. Then, within a couple of hours his crew was on my roof doing the work - and this is in the midst of one of the worst snow dumps Toronto has seen in my life. I couldn't imagine worse conditions for them to be working in but they never complained. They came and got the job done and they even took the time to walk me through everything in detail w/ pictures and video so I knew exactly what had happened. In fact, they even pointed out a way I should change my downspouts in the future and recommended a process for working w/ the city to make it happen. I was also super impressed that they went out of their way to recommend I get a few quotes in the spring to replace the roof (which is what I'll ultimately need to do). They never tried to upsell me or convince me to use them for the next bigger job I'll need to do. You'll be happy you worked with them. They are the best. Thank you Jason and team!!!

Owner Jason, his crews, and sub-trades removed our 3rd story sundeck, replaced 2 sloped roofs, 1 flat roof, and eavestroughs on our 3 story 1882 row house. The work was challenging as access was up and over the house. The crews worked efficiently, effectively, and skillfully. They were all friendly and courteous. Jason explained the work clearly to me in advance and prepared a detailed estimate of the work, never taking down to me as a woman. The latter was a far cry from the two other roofing companies that came to do estimates.

This fall, Darren and his team replaced our sloped roof, flat roof, and skylights. Darren provided a detailed description regarding every aspect of the job and he was always available and responsive. Great job and very professional. Our skylight needed to be custom made and they made it super simple. Lovely to work with and I would use them again for different projects.

Darren and his team did a great job replacing all of our eavestroughs - some very old. He explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understand the scope of the project and came up with some great solution. His team was great!
