    Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom Painting & mural - Amazing Job

    Found Clean Cut Painting on the Homestars site, and after reading many reviews, decided to hire them. Very prompt reply to my email request for quote as well. We were not disappointed. Frank came to our home at the time they said he would be here and worked all day and then again the next day. Very neat and tidy painter, will use them again for sure and hope to get Frank again.

    High Rise Balconies

    We hired Clean Cut to paint the balcony panels of our 12-storey apartment building and were thoroughly impressed by the commitment to excellence they demonstrated over the course of the 8-week project. We are happy with both the final product as well the experience as a whole. Peter and Greg are genuine and a pleasure to work with. They called or dropped in on a regular basis to ensure that we were satisfied with the team on site and the quality of work being delivered. In addition, they were highly flexible in working around constraints such as the weather and other contractors scheduled to be on site. We will be hiring them again in the Spring to paint the underground garage of our building.

    Paint entire interior of house

    Clean Cut Painting did a great job painting the interior of my home. The crew (Scott, Brandon, Z, Matt and Ron) were always professional, polite and courteous. There was some problems with the project (of no fault to Clean Cut) but Peter/Greg always strove to ensure the job was well done and I was happy at the end of it. I would definitely recommend Clean Cut Painting if you're looking for professionals with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Exterior/Front House, Interior/Hallway/Bedroom/Stairs/Living Room/etc.

    Peter and his team were quick to provide an accurate quote. Did a great job on multiple jobs (interior and exterior), on time and without any surprises. Nothing but good things to say about Clean Cut Painting. I will definitely call again for any future projects.

    Residential painting

    Thanks Frank and Z for a job well done, very happy with the results! Had our main floor and 3 bedrooms painted, everything was done neatly and with attention to detail.

    Ceiling repair and paint

    We recently redid all of the lighting in our kitchen and in the process there were many holes old and new that needed to be fixed, and painted. From my initial contact with Greg the service was superb. He did an onsite evaluation and sent me a quote right away. A few days before the job I asked if we could move the time up and that was no problem. The work started and ended on time. John and Matt were efficient, professional and did high quality work. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again when it's time to paint the rest of the house.

    home painting

    From initial contact to site consultation to execution to completion follow up this company is truly world class. Peter and Greg are very professional to deal with and their painters were all gentleman. Highly recommend. Will definitely hire again for future projects.

    Painting

    Painting home interior walls

    Prior to starting our home interior paint job Greg - operations manager and Peter owner stated that they were focused on exceeding expectations with excellent post sales customer service. Their statement was an important decision factor for us. The day after the job was completed in we noticed inconsistent paint work on the stairwell walls. Greg reviewed the work and promised to have Peter take a look at it in the next few days. 4 weeks later with several calls to both Peter and Greg and multiple missed appointments by Peter we have concluded that the owner has no interest in customer service. We would not recommend Clean Cut Painting.

    Clean Cut Painting and Decorating Corp did everything within our power to resolve this issue with the client. Several follow up calls to book appointments were not returned. A mid construction site consultation walk through was completed with our painter and the client was advised of several home builder imperfections on the stairwell wall. We made the suggestion to re-skim the wall corner to corner to provide a more consistent even finish, and this option was declined due to additional costs. An end of job consultation and walk through was completed with our Operation Manager, the homeowner received a reduced price on the original quote due to the efficiency of our painter on site, and signed a job completion survey giving Clean Cut Painting a 10 out of 10 review. We are puzzled as to how this has now become an issue considering the job completion survey grade received that day. To say that "the owner has no interest in customer service" is both slanderous and untrue. This review is very unfortunate to say the least.
