It was early Sunday when a large pot came sailing through our front bay window and it was a cold -20 outside. We had to get the window repaired as quickly as possible. I made several calls to Window contractors (several on this site) and Serge was the only one to call me back. Serge offered to come by right away and even offered to temporarily close up the large hole. Measurements were take and 2 days later I had a new window with a better r-value and thicker glass. Dealing with Serge was a pleasure and I would highly recommend using him for any Window related services. He took extra care in cleaning up both inside and outside. I just wish I had found him before having all my windows upgraded last summer. I would have saved money and had a better job done.

Serge provided his estimate towards the end of the year when inclement weather was the order of the day. Nevertheless both Serge and Serge attended whenever it was possible in order to finish the job by the end of the year. They were indeed successful and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and diligence.

Serge visited my house for an estimate to solve a leaky wall....i thought the solution was new siding - he actually recommended i go with stucco which is something he didn't have the capability to do.... he then went up the ladder to measure the angle of the slope of my eavestrough and discovered it was noticeably off and that the previous instalkler should fix it; to me, that's a great quality for a proffesional - he recommended a course of action that did not benefit him and he climbed a ladder to provide me with more information....when i need siding i am calling Serge!

We were very satisfied with our new siding. The work was done fast to a very high standard. Also, out of all the quotes that we received, All County Aluminum was easily the best value. I would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment Serge arrived at the house to give us a quote to the moment Serge and Serge finished, working with All County was a treat. The quality of the workmanship seems excellent but almost as important to me was how nice it was to work with these two men. My neighbours even commented on how quietly they worked and how clean they left things at the end. I would and will recommend All County to everyone needing this type of work.

I would give Serge 11/10 stars if possible. I live in an 80 year old house which we are slowly renovating. Over the years we have used a number of contractors for various projects (i.e. kitchen, deck, flooring, etc.) and have been quite pleased with everyone. Serge Kanev is, however, in an entirely different league. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. Serge did a relatively small siding project for us. We were quite picky with materials. Serge spent hours searching for and sourcing the right product. Because it was a product he had not worked with previously, it took Serge longer than usual to install. Despite the extra installation effort, he always had a great attitude and took whatever additional time was required to make sure the job was done right. The price was fair. The communication was excellent. Serge showed up when he said he would. He kept the sight clean. He treated the job as if it was his own house. I would recommend All County without hesitation.

I have just completed a renovation on my home and manged the project myself. I would just like to say that Serge was the best contractor I dealt with during my renovation. He is extremely professional and always has the customers best interest on his mind. All contractors can learn from his attitude, he was on time and cleaned up after every work day...You will not be sorry if you call Serge for your siding.

Both Serge's did an excellent job replacing our gutters, downpipes and a window. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. They leave the area clean and free of any debris. From the moment you meet with Serge Kanev, he will make you feel you are in capable hands. An honest company - full of integrity - you will not be disapointed! I have already referred them to my friends and neighbours.

Serge and his team recently (spring 2008) installed outside insulation and vinyl siding to my house. After receiving some very un-reasonable quotes from other (well known) companies in Toronto it was a relief and a pleasure to deal with All Country Aluminum. All aspects of the job were done in a professional and prompt manner. The job was done on-time and the result was fantastic. As well, they did a great job installing a new storm door; integrating it seamlessly with the new siding (which wasn't easy as I'm sure there wasn't a level side to that old door frame). I highly recommend All County Aluminum and would hire them again.

We hired All County to strip, repair and replace our flat and shingled roof. Serge was prompt and professional throughout the entire project. His team started on time every day and worked until late at night. Serge was able to do a few little extra things for us at no additional cost (like better looking shingles). All County left our yard looking better then when the started the job - the cleanup was amazing. Looking for a roofer can be scary but I would put All County at the top of your list to phone - you will get the best service and workmanship possible.
