Shutter Installation
My wife and I are so glad we decided to use Canada Custom Shutters for our installation. Not only was the price great, but the service from the salesperson, front desk staff right up to the installer was superb. The installation was quick and the shutters look great. There was a slight issue with how we wanted one of our bedroom shutters cut 1/3 from the top, however the owner came in himself and replaced the pull bars for no extra charge. This great customer service proved to me that we made the right choice. I would highly recommend Canada Custom Shutters for anyone looking for great service, quality and price.

Plantation Shutters for whole house
This review is long overdue. 1. What made you select Canada Custom Shutters? Quality and customer service. 2. What were the Top 3 things that made you really happy with our service and products? Quality: The louvres are about 3.5" and made of Basswood. The frame is American Yellow Poplar. I decided to go without a divide bar (as the frame is quite sturdy), went with an offset tilt bar, and white hinges. Paint used seems to be high quality - has not faded since installation. Installation: They came on time and placed all shutters up in one day! Warranty: Lifetime warranty. Each shutter has a code on top. With their lifetime warranty it makes it easier to identify the shutter in your home when you call them for anything. 3. How do your new shutters make you feel? Makes my home feel more upscale and value added to my home. Overall, great product and service packaged with a lifetime warranty, I will recommend Canada Custom Shutters to all my friends.

Shutter installation and repair
Many of our friends/colleagues recommended California Shutters but we chose Canada Custom Shutters because the quoted us a much better price and we were very pleased with the quality of the product. Why spend more when you don’t need to? When we had the shutters initially installed 10 years ago it was a big job – just about every window in the house. The installation went so smoothly. There were absolutely no issues – the installer was efficient and so pleasant. We recently needed two louvres replaced (our kids broke them playing) and again I found the service was fantastic. The installer when out of his way to keep the cost to a minimum (e.g. salvaging one of the louvres rather than requiring a replacement). We love the shutters. They are simple but elegant. And finish each room beautifully.

Great results and a great experience
I contacted Canada Custom Shutters after reading reviews of their services online. After placing my initial call I received a response from their sales representative, Harvey, within a few hours and he was at my home the next day to discuss options and take measurements. I have a few idiosyncrasies with the windows in my condo and Harvey had some great suggestions on how to work around them. He took the measurements quickly and my custom order was placed. The installation itself took about 4-5 hours. A few days after it was complete I noticed there was a small section on my patio door that didn’t completely match my windows. I contacted them (thank you Samantha) and immediately arrangements were made for it to be corrected. Working within my schedule, Mark, one of the co-owners, actually came to my home at 7 pm at night in order to fix the issue! My overall experience with the entire team was great and I’ve already recommended them to a friend. I couldn’t be happier with the look and feel it’s created in my home.

New Home
I recently moved into our new home and decided to call Canada Custom Shutters once again. We lived in our previous property for over 15 years and we were very impressed with the quality of the shutters. They were easy to maintain and we never had any issues. The new shutters have given a total new look to our living room which looks bigger, brighter, modern and chic! I recommend Canada Custom shutters due to their professionalism, service, and quality.

Shutters awesome and so is the customer service
My husband had researched shutters for our bungalow in aurora and decided on this company. The service, quality and friendliness of everyone was amazing! Great prices too. We are actually moving this summer and plan on going back to Canada custom shutters to have our new house fitted.thanks for everything and see you soon!

Refinish of my custom shutters
I was referred to Canada Custom Shutters after seeing a friend's shutters. They did a great job refinishing theirs so I contacted them for a quote to refinish my shutters as well. They were competitively priced with other quotes so I gave them my business. I am pleased with the job, the shutters look great. Goran has been great with after sales service even a year afterwards. Nick was personable and did a good job installing them. I would recommend them if you need shutters refinished.

New Shutters

Bedroom shutters
We are so pleased with our 3 bedroom shutters. There is so much warmth in each room. Even improved the look from the outside. Second time using CCS and would always recommend. Excellent service and always prompt.

Great product and service
Based on Homestars reviews we decided to call this company. We weren't disappointed. From the initial consult right through to installation everything was great. the product is of very high quality and we couldn't be happier. The shutters fit right in with any decor and have brightened up the rooms from the binds and drapes they replaced. Highly recommend you call these folks if you you want quality shutters.
