    Squirrel in chimney

After 24 hours of our dog acting strangely at our fireplace, a noise was heard inside the chimney. A call was placed after 4:00pm and details were given. Chris arrived and quickly determined the problem was a squirrel caught in the chimney. It was not an easy job to remove the squirrel. Chris was ever so patience and calm trying to reach the squirrel. Once he finally reach the squirrel he carefully carried it outside and placed it in a tree. Chris was extremely polite and professional. We were very pleased with the service provided and would gladly recommend this company.

    Answer from pro:

    Great service

I called AAA Wildlife in a bit of a fluster after being woken by animal noises (which turned out to be mating squirrels) in our attic early in the morning. I called at 9 am and I was incredibly relieved that they were able to schedule an inspection/estimate that same day. Stuart arrived at 1 pm, did a very thorough inspection and clearly communicated the options without any pressure. He completed the work to prevent re-entry by 3 pm and so far we haven't had any more animal visitors. During his follow up visit, Stuart actually helped clear our neglected gutter, in addition to sealing up the barriers he'd installed. AAA Wildlife responded with very fast and high quality service and I would definitely use them again.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Jen, thank you for your feedback on the experience you had with Stuart. It makes me extremely happy to hear that you were impressed by the service we provided. I really appreciate that you took the time to call into our office and pass on your delight. Randy Celinski, Owner / President

    wildlife in chimney

I was disappointed by chimney cleaning businesses who wanted to rebuild my chimney - all quoting $600 site seen and unseen - before a screen could be installed to keep squirrels out until one chimney cleaning company said they wouldn't go near the chimney until AAA Animal Control checked the chimney first and removed any squirrels and their nests. Dan of AAA Animal Control provided excellent service, explained the issue each step of the way, took photos on his phone to show me and told me what he was doing and what he did, and what the chimney sweeper would have to deal with. And on the 2 chimneys Dan installed 2 screens because that's what that needed.

    Answer from pro:

I am happy to hear from your perspective that Dan was able to provide some common sense to your squirrel problem. Thank you for sharing your experience and such a positive review. Randy Celinski, Owner / President

    Rats In The Basement

We discovered two rats enjoying our basement area and called the AAA Wildlife Control. Their technician attended and quickly surveyed the exterior of our home and discovered the point of entry. Traps were sent up inside and a one way door for the rats to exits. One way door prevented one rat from returning and the other rat was caught in the trap. Through out the how process, I was kept in formed of work being done. My wife and I were extremely pressed with the professionalism and the quality of work. Two of my neighbours are now seeking services from AAA Wildlife Control. With out hesitation, I would recommend their services to others who have uninvited guests.

    Answer from pro:

Hello, I really appreciate you took the time to comment on your experience. Each animal intrusion is unique and requires a custom, well monitored approach. Our technicians understand the complexity and seriousness that these rat intrusions require and our service needs to be very fluid. Close monitoring and follow up is a large part of most of our proposed solutions. Thank you for your business and sharing the successful results. Randy Celinski, Owner / President

    service

We have had this rodent problem for over a year, and we have been trying to deal with this situation during this time. It has been very stressful and a very frustrating experience. We contacted the strata, and finally had the trees cut back. We had a pest control company that has made numerous visits shortly after we discovered we had a rodent problem. I went to Mcondalds, and saw the wild Life van. So then I decided to call them, and they gave very knowledgeable information and fixed the problem, by securing all the vents and entrance points with wire. Jason was our main contact and he kept us informed about what was going to be done, and the progression of his work. he was very pleasant, friendly, and likeable.

    Answer from pro:

Hello, thank you for your detailed review and for complimenting Jason on a job well done. I am sorry that you had a negative experience with your strata and another pest control company. Many pest control companies just tend to deal with exterminating the rats inside the house and pay little attention to how they got in. My company specializes in not only solving the rat problem but we also provide a long-term solution by closing all the active and potential points of entry. Thank you for allowing us to help solve your rat problem. Randy Celinski, Owner / President

    Pest removal

We have been very satisfied with the service we received from AAA Wildlife Control. We called them after hearing scratching noises coming from the attic above our bedroom. We were told that there was both old and fresh evidence of rats being in the attic. Randy and his team thoroughly checked the house and sealed off all the routes the rats could have used to get in. they also made a couple of follow up visits to confirm there was no new evidence of rat activity. We have had no problems since we called AAA Wildlife Control and would definitely recommend them.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you Greg, for taking the time and sharing your positive experience. Nothing like the test of time. I remember when we arrived to your newly bought home, you were surprised to find out that we (AAA Wildlife Control) had serviced the property for the previous home owner many years ago and screened the shed skunk proof. Nothing like the test of time.

    Pest Control

It’s a dirty, challenging, but very vital job and Stuart and his team do it extraordinarily well. We’ve lived all over North America and had need of similar services but none have had quite the same mix of innovation, professionalism and frankly just plain good cheer as AAA Wildlife Control. If you have such a problem, call them. The Kirbys

    Delta Prevention Success

AAA Wildlife Control was recommended by neighbors. Our home inspector had found evidence of previous squirrel issues in our attic. Randy from AAA Wildlife Control came and quickly identified all sorts of gaps and vents where animals like squirrels and rats could possibly enter our home. For the piece of mind we agreed to have all the recommended areas screened over so we won't have any animals get back in. With one follow up inspection they have determined that no rodents currently live with us and they've closed the entries. Yah!

    Answer from pro:

Hi Laura, Yes, you got lucky. We always say, the best and simplest time to deal with an animal problem is when the animals are not home. Thank you for the opportunity to help. Randy Celinski, Owner / President

    Pesky Animals Successfully Removed!

I have used AAA Wildlife on 3 occasions - to stop squirrels from building nests under my roofline, to remove squirrels from my attic and to eliminate a family of rats which had entered the walls of our basement through some broken stucco in our house. All three times, AAA staff were prompt, informed, thorough, cost conscious and respectful to the animals they were dealing with (except the rats - sorry, cute as they are, they could not be relocated). They were especially attentive in dealing with the very young squirrel family which had made my attic a home. The baby squirrels were removed and put into a 4 L milk carton with a portion of the carton cut out. The carton was then nailed to the roof right near where the mother had been coming and going. A one way door was installed at the opening so that the mother could not come back inside the house but could easily find and relocate her babies. The opening was then patched and I've never had a problem again. I highly recommend AAA for any problem where wildlife need to be removed from your living quarters. They explain in advance what they propose to do, and consult with you every step of the way, to make sure you understand and agree with their approach. Thanks again AAA Wildlife for your excellent service!

removal of a trapped bird in a building

Their inspector response quickly, gave us the estimate and work on the problem right away. Everything went well except we feel the cost was a little higher than other companies.

    Answer from pro:

Hello Peggy, Thank you for your feedback. Looking into the job notes on your file, I am happy to see Robert was successful in removing all the birds from your house. I saw a couple of factors which could explain the price being a little higher than our typical bird removal; 1) Robert had to cut into an internal wall void to rescue 2 starlings that had fallen down from the attic and were stuck inside the wall. 2) The entry point on the roof where Robert installed a starling one-way-door, required a 40 ft ladder when we made our follow up visit to monitor and permanently screen. Most similar situations we deal with require a free onsite written estimate to determine exactly what is needed to solve that problem with no surprises, and phone quotes for comparison are not an accurate comparison. We pride ourselves in being very competitively priced for the work we perform. Again, thank you for your feedback. Randy Celinski Owner / President
