AM Roofing completed roof updates for our garage in November 2016 followed by our main home roof in May 2017.

Called AM Roofing for Garage & Attic insulation. Salesman overpromised , under delivered and overcharged significantly- claimed we would receive a refund from Green Ontario - they weren't even fully certified and didn't know the rules as to qualification. Changed their minds 3 times. When I shopped around with those that were certified - cost was significantly less and we now understand the rules/qualifications for the Green On program.

I am quite pleased with replacing of shingles. I have had not had any problems with the work done. The crew did a good job cleaning up and I appreciate the fact that they came back to check on the work done. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the work, and the finished product. The AM installation team worked hard and got the job finished and the work site cleared out pretty quickly. My consultant Larry McCarrell was extremely knowledgeable about the insulation products, and answered all my questions in a clear and concise way. Larry gave me what I felt was a competitive and accurate price quote. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend both AM roofing and Larry to a friend.

Brandon was hired as a 3rd party to inspect a new roof installation. The roof had a higher pitch than normal and some non typical details that required a professional opinion. Brandon's inspection was performed with a Go Pro head cam that included audio. The video was extremely helpful and made it very easy to relay to the roofing contractor certain areas of concern that could not be seen from the ground. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone that requires this type of inspection.

We purchased a century home with the intention of converting it into a Bed & Breakfast. We knew it would be a large renovation job, which also included replacing the existing shingles. After 3 years of extensive Reno, it was time to replace the roof. We hired a 'guy with a ladder' who was recommended by a friend, and who also gave us a great price for the job. 6 year later our room started leaking. We left numerous messages but he would not return our calls. The one time we did connect, he promised to come and look at the problem but never came. Fed-up we called AM Roofing. They were both professional and accommodating and offer a 50yr warranty on their work. Andre came when it best suited us, assessed the job, gave us a quote based on our needs and scheduled the job to be completed when best suited the business. The roofers came when promised, ripped off the existing roof, checked to ensure the insulation was not mouldy, added more insulation where required, more venting, new plywood, ice & water shield and new shingles. They also secured and replaced the flat room and ensured that there was sufficient caulking around the chimney and skylight. The guys also cleared away all debris and roofing nails from our property and our neighbors yards throughout the day and before they left for the evening. Andre popped in regularly to check in on the progress and connected with us after the job was completed to ensure we were happy with the work. I have no hesitation recommending AM Roofing for any roofing work. I have piece of mind the job was done properly and will not need another roof while in this home.

I had a wonderful experience with AM. I was having my roof reshingled on one of my properties. They were very professional right from beginning to end and did an amazing job. The roof looks outstanding, it was right on schedule and the cleanup up was very thorough! Thanks AM!
