    plumbing service

    We called Mark about leaking water in the basement. He came out within an hour late on a Sunday night and was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Mark @ Ashton!

    Plumbing

    I had an under the slab leak .Tim and Randy replumbed my downstairs. They arrived on time,gave me a quote , proceeded with the work , tidied up and even washed my floor. Great Work!!!Thanks

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped putting out heat. I was able to schedule an appointment with Ashton quickly on the phone; though I didn't realize you could schedule on-line for a discount. Anyway, scheduling was quick and easy. Justin W. arrived at his scheduled time and was able to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes. He presented us with a bill for labour and parts. He was able to pick up the parts within an hour and had the furnace fixed within 30 minutes of arriving with the parts. He was professional and polite; he left our furnace area as he found it. I have used Ashton a few times now and been pleased with all of their service techs. I will use them again in the future.

    Furnace heating service

    John provided informative and comprehensive service. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained our heating/furnace problem as he resolved the problem. John was pleasent, informative, and demonstrated his expertise very professionally. He took time to explain the installation of a shut off valve in our basement that was scheduled for a future date after completing the heating service. John was careful to not dirty our home by choosing to enter the work site from outside rather than walk through our home. Likewise, he was careful to wear booties while in our home. John was professional, informative, respectful, and friendly. He left us feeling confidant that Ashton was a good choice for taking care of our plumbing and heating needs into the future as we joined the Gold Membership program previously.

    Furnace/Water Heater Service

    I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Ashton Service Group over the years. Today, for example, Tim Moffatt - Service Specialist- arrived exactly at the time arranged and carried out service and repairs to the furnace and water heater in our new property promptly and efficiently. In the same visit, he checked out all relevant appliances and drains, and offered professional advice with regard to future maintenance, including perimeter drainage. Throughout his visit, Tim was professional, polite, courteous and, above all, thorough. We were delighted to see him again, and would not hesitate to recommend him, or Ashton Service Group, to anybody in search of plumbing/heating assistance.

    Heating repairs

    After our renovation last year we discovered that our radiant hot water heating was not working on our main floor. Fearing the worst that our new hard wood floors had to be removed to fix the problem we were relieved to know it was a part that needed replacing in conjunction with our boiler... Patrick D was amazing, helpful, informative. He took the extra time to show us how to utilize all our thermostat zones for even temperature heating throughout the house. While Patrick was here we mentioned we were having leakage from our one year old washing machine that the warranty just conveniently expired the day of the leak. He took the time to call the owner of Ashton Service to ask who he used for his personal appliance maintenance needs and passed that information along to us. We were so impressed with the company that we invested in a yearly maintenance plan. I wish Ashton Service Group offered more services as I would use them of all of our needs.

    Furnace

    Jeff came to my house for furnace maintenance in September. He did a really good job! He did a very thorough job inspecting it and his superb customer service made me want to recommend him and his company to all my friends. I am very happy with HomeStars.

    re-ignite gas furnace

    Tom was very efficient and courteous. We cannot recommend Ashton Services. To date all the service personnel who have done work for us have done an excellent job and we highly recommend Ashton Services to all our friends.

    Kitchen Reno

    I was very pleased with the work I had done for my reno by Ashton Service Group. Sean was fantastic and did a great job with the plumbing work we needed. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Sean for any plumbing needs.

    Commercial AC Unit

    Our AC stopped working in our commercial space. As my colleagues and I are not mechanically inclined, we called Ashton because it was recommended by a friend. They have emergency service staff available all the time. Within an hour someone arrived and fixed our AC within 2 hours. We were glad they put us back in business. Thank you.
