Vlad of GTA was very quick to reply, provided an estimate, came out very quickly to my property to review the problem, took some photos and then went about explaining what the immediate problem was and steps to remedy. He also pointed out areas of concern that we will address when winter ends so he can do a more thorough inspection of the roof line. All in all from accepting the quote to time of completion was quick, he was very prompt, courteous and explained everything I needed to understand. And the final bill was right in line with his initial quote. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

Vlad responded to my emergency call within minutes and had the job completed within a few hours. He is a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend him to friends.

Vlad arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters in this weather - mid December! He had to deal with not just clearing out tons of saturated leaves but also breaking up the ice that was covering the leaves. He took photographs of the ‘before’ and ‘after’, made no mess and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely have him back in the summer to replace our shingles.

Absolutely brilliant. Vlad did a great job even though it was literally snowing. He was prompt and clear, and he fixed lots of details in and around our eavestroughs, even though he had only really been asked to clean them out. Clear communication, and he showed me excellent before and after photos as well. Highly recommended!

Vlad took photos on his phone to illustrate the condition of the roof gutters. That was very helpful and helped me to decide to add leaf catchers to our flat roof. He did the job thoroughly and again demonstrated this with photos. I have no hesitation to recommend this company for roof work and I give it five stars without reservation.

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. I highly highly recommend GTA Vertical Roofing. We had an emergency situation. A fraudulent roofing company had begun removing shingles before we even agreed on a quote or signed anything. I posted a request for a roofing quote on Homestars and Vlad responded within 5 minutes, came over within half an hour and provided pictures of the exposed roof area. He called the next day to notify us that the weather forecast had changed and rain was on the way so he came late in the day to waterproof the exposed section and prioritized our job - all done in less than a week from the time we contacted him. We were most impressed by Vlad's honesty, kindness, sincerity, integrity. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided lots of pictures of how the work was being done.
