I want to start by saying the crew was really nice but made huge mistakes. We hired this company with the promise that they had insurance. Stuff was not wrapped by the crew (even though John the owner claims it was). The crew finished, we paid and they rushed out as it was a very long day for them. Our issue is with the owner John. The next day I reached out to him explaining there was damage done to furniture and walls. He right away became defensive and argumentative. He offered $300 cash but we explained that the chair they broke was worth $200 alone. We preferred to go threw insurance annd since they are a small business we couldnt understand why they would want to pay out of pocket if they have been paying into insurance. He kept saying that our move was not profitable for him as if we should feel bad and ignore the fact that our stuff got damaged in the process. After weeks of going back and forth in emails he basically accused us of making stuff up and has refused to submit to insurance. Im willing to bet that he has no insurance. I really dont know how this company has won so many awards and its extremely upsetting that we were treated the way we were.

The crew we had for moving a 3 person household within the GTA was punctual, professional, friendly and well prepared for the task. Items were carefully wrapped and moved. No obvious damage noted in any of furniture or belongings. The crew were great and it was a relief that this aspect of our move was stress free. Wed definitely use them again and would recommend J&J moving in a heart beat. Thanks to John for the coordination of the crew.

We had J and J move us and they were amazing! Great follow up and confirmation from the office. The movers were friendly, careful and considerate. We cant recommend them enough!!!

We recently hired J and J Moving to move and store our furniture while we renovate. The J and J moving team were friendly and very professional. They took care to ensure our furniture was protected and removed with care.

The movers introduced themselves to me at the front door, had a look around my place, asked a couple good questions and immediately got to work. They were diligent, efficient and gentle with my belongings. I was very pleased with their professionalism, work quality, communication and consideration.

Our company contacted J and J to move some machinery to our other location on a short notice, and Scotty and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! They scheduled us at the earliest availability, arrived and delivered on time, and were extremely professional and trustworthy. Safe to say we'll continue to use their services for our forseeable moving needs! Cheers

J & J were exceptional. The team that showed up at our home to help our move were professional, friendly and efficient. They were gentle with our belongings and finished earlier than expected. Would highly recommend!

I have lived in numerous countries and moved 7+ times, with the assistance of moving services - J and J are unparalleled. The team are punctual, efficient and personable. In addition, from a pricing perspective - the value is unbeatable. I'm very grateful for John and his team. I reached out on short notice to assist with a move, and the team were beyond accommodating. I cannot recommend J and J enough.

Thank god for J and J Movers!! I found out there was a last minute cancellation to get my hardwood floors refinished but the catch was I needed to get my floors cleared off and all my furniture moved off the wood floors of 2500 square foot house which is on four levels. John was very responsive and took my call on a Sunday evening. He arranged for two movers to come on Monday morning. They were very punctual and In 4 hours they were able to help me get all my furniture into the bathrooms and basement so thankfully I didnt have to rent a storage unit or store them in my garage. It was literally like a game of Tetris getting all the furniture off the wood and packed into the bathroom and basement but they made it happen. Will definitely use J and J for any future moving jobs !! The movers were efficient and friendly and John is very responsive

Made the office move fairly effortless for our staff. Accommodated our request that file cabinets be moved as is which saved us a great deal of packing. Would have no issue recommending J & J.
