Kitchen reno
We recently had our kitchen and floors redone. The design and material selection process with Marco was very informative and completed with ease. Mike was our project manager. Very approachable and he took care of all our requirements. Made sure the work was executed properly. He had crew come over to take care of little things during the project to ensure we were satisfied with overall process. The crew was courteous and respectful of our home. The pricing is competitive, and the quality of the end product is good.

Horrible experience
We changed our minds to work with this company just a short 2 weeks after our initial meeting. We gave a total of $65,000 to cover deposit and costs thinking we had invested in our future with professionals. After having a second designer look at the K&B sketches there were many issues which is why we withdrew. K&B advertises should the customer want to cancel, full refund minus the work done to date will be returned. Cancelling alone took 14 days for Narges to LISTEN to us. They still have our $65k after offering a generous $5k for the work they did do, maybe 10 hours in total. They have used stall tactics and games. We have had to seek legal counsel. Has anyone else had this experience??

To clarify, we have fully adhered to the terms of the signed contract and fair business practices. The contract clearly states that if the customer decides to cancel after receiving the plans and designs, the initial 10% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers the time and effort spent on preparing these plans, which are now the customer’s property. We have already prepared the remaining balance of your deposit for you to collect. However, you have declined to accept the refund under the agreed cancellation terms. We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and are open to discussing it further with you or your representative to find a solution. Wishing you all the best. Kitchen and floor renovation
Kitchen and Bath Inc helped us redesign our new kitchen up to materials selection as well as new tile for the main floor and powder room upgrade. They listened to our needs did a great job. We love our renovations and especially our new kitchen. Thank you to Marco and Mike for making this a great experience!

Kitchen Renovation
It was a pleasure working with Narges ! Shes super patient and detail oriented, walked us through the whole process step by step . It did take little longer than expected but it was worth it ! At the end it was exactly as I wanted . I will be returning for the master bedroom remodel.

I couldnt be more thrilled with the kitchen renovation that Kitchen and Bath delivered. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Narges, our designer, who truly listened to our needs and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her ability to turn our ideas into reality was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail, the quality of craftsmanship, and the final result far exceeded our expectations. Bathroom Renovation
Mike from Kitchen and Bath was very helpful and always ready to take my call whenever issues arose. With his team of trades he was able to create our oasis! His main goal was always to make sure we were happy with the end result. Mike and his team deserve a five star. Thank you again for making this happen!

Oakville Ensuite and Main Bath renovation
We did a complete re-configuration of the ensuite and main bath upgrade. Marco did the ensuite re-design in person with us. Mike and his crew did an amazing job with our project. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Kitchen and Bath for your home project.
