Our aluminum outside sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. Once I contacted Profix Wael, who happened to be nearby, was here in less than 30 minutes. He replaced both sets of wheels on the bottom of the door, and gave us the useful information to never lubricate a sticky door track with WD40 as that collects dirt and dust which eventually clogs up the wheels. Front storm door turned out to be a custom size and the side door was difficult to find with a pet door as it is smaller door than the front door. So this delayed the install but when the doors arrived they were both done in 6 hours which is really good I think… I would recommend this company for other installsAnswer from pro:
