I was a little nervous because they responded to my project so fast with little details about what the estimate included. I asked them to explain what they included in the quote and it was exactly what I asked to be done so I hired them. The work was completed quickly and it was exactly what I asked for. I did ask them to fix a leaking valve that I didn't know was still leaking. The extra cost was reasonable and the final bill was exactly what they said it would be. Very satisfied. We wanted to modernize the look and feel of our home, so we had Proflix install eight new interior doors for our bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. It was a pleasure working with Proflix. The price was very reasonable, the workmanship was meticulous, and he was quick, tidy and professional throughout. He asked thoughtful questions to make sure everything was right, and even noticed that one of the handles didn’t match. When I confirmed I wanted it to match, he took the time to drive to Home Depot and back to fix something I had overlooked. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. We’re very happy with the finished result. Thank you, Proflix! Our aluminum outside sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. Once I contacted Profix Wael, who happened to be nearby, was here in less than 30 minutes. He replaced both sets of wheels on the bottom of the door, and gave us the useful information to never lubricate a sticky door track with WD40 as that collects dirt and dust which eventually clogs up the wheels. From now on we will use liquid soap when necessary. we were very happy with Profix and will call them again when necessary.Answer from pro:

Front storm door turned out to be a custom size and the side door was difficult to find with a pet door as it is smaller door than the front door. So this delayed the install but when the doors arrived they were both done in 6 hours which is really good I think… I would recommend this company for other installsAnswer from pro:
