Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several key points for accuracy. Your existing doorway did not comply with the Ontario Building Code, requiring a fully customized door. The subsequent installation involved significant unforeseen adjustments due to the existing frame's non-standard and internally tilted condition. All necessary modifications and sealing were completed at the originally quoted cost at no extra charge, in strict adherence to the original quoted price. We must also clarify that condensation and ice are caused by interior humidity and temperature differentials, not by the storm door. Storm doors are protective and do not influence interior climate control. Our technician reconfirmed the installation was properly sealed before departure.
