Sam arrived on time with full confidence to get the job done. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick to address the problem once the diagnosis was complete. He knew exactly what he was doing and put all pieces back after installing the original Samsung parts which he brought with him. The parts installed didn’t over heat and performed well without blowing the motherboard which would happen with cheap counterfeit parts like synci. My dryer is over 10 years old and this was the first time I had an issue with it. Sam was transparent, providing me with several options, explaining the worse case scenario, he’s honest. I’ve been scammed very recently by an appliance company in whitby. I'm very cautious now. Sam replaced everything and did so competently, he fixed the vent too. A 4 star for now while he looks into another part for me. However overall he was such a delight to have as a technician and I am truly thankful for his help. I would recommend him for repairs. Excellent work.
