Very excellent and honest Guy. Hired for Ice Dam removal from the roof . He took long shovel to clear the snow first then sprinkle calcium chloride on hardy ice stuck on the gutter . As those icicles are hard to remove and cut , calcium chloride did the best to melt quickly . It took around 45mins to 1 hour to start dripping water from ice . He is a chemist and well know what is best for the environment . Due to his hard and professional work , I asked my neighbour to do the same and he did . He charged very reasonable amount and we both are his new customer . A trusted handy man .
