We had a very smooth process working with Toronto Granite - from selection to ordering to installation. We ordered white quartz countertops. Marco and his mom were both helpful in showing us our options and not rushing us so we didn't made a selection we would regret. (At first we made a selection from a sample and Marco suggested that we go to see the full slab in person, which was great advice because we ended up not liking it when we saw more than the sample.) We would definitely go to them again in the future when we need countertops, and we will be recommending them to our friends.

Toronto Granite installed our quartz counter tops and we very pleased with the outcome.....they did an awesome job! They were also very quick to come back for a couple of minor follow ups....I would highly recommend them!

Good experience. Responsive, on time, did exactly what they said they would for the quoted price. A reliable company I would definitely use again. The technician, Mohsan, was very professional, courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished.

We chose our granite on Thursday and the following Wednesday our new countertops were installed. Rob was very helpful helping me chose the correct granite and the installers were quick and very professional, I would definitely recommend Toronto Granite;we love our kitchen!

I found Toronto Granite on Homestars and contacted them to replace a botched counter installed by someone else. Mark was knowledgeable and respectful. He came out and laser measured it on Tuesday and installed it on Friday. It looks beautiful! Have recommended this company to my general contractor to use with his many other customers.

I recently renovated my kitchen and purchased a new quartz countertop and sink from Toronto Granite. A friend recommended them to me so I checked out their warehouse on a Saturday in November. It's a busy place so we had to wait a good 30 minutes or so before being able to speak to someone in depth about our needs, so I recommend going during the week or go in early on Saturday right when it opens. With that said, we found they had a wide selection and found a slab within our budget. Delivery and install were done on time with no issue. Very happy with our new counter!!

Let me start off by saying that the only reason I'm giving Toronto Granite a 10/10 is based on quality and service, which I think is very important. There are a bunch of granite/quartz places where you might be able to get cheaper quotes, but just make sure you're comfortable with what you're getting, who is doing the manufacturing and the install. We visited their shop on a weekend and they were very patient while we went through a ton of samples and tried to find something that didn't totally break the bank that we were still happy with. The hardest part was choosing the material! Everything else was smooth sailing. We were given a rough estimate on spot based on some drawings/kitchen plans. A couple days later, they came out to our place to do proper measurements and give us an exact quote (which wasn't too far off the estimate). A week or so later everything was ready and they came to install. Our appliances weren't installed at the time, but the installers didn't think we needed a filler piece behind the stove (the stove was there and they took some measurements). I guess because of how the stove actually slides in, there was a decent sized gap at the back that we weren't happy with (1-2in). We contacted them and they said no problem. Had a guy come a few days later with the filler piece. Overall, a very good experience!

Great work and outstanding customer service, will not hesitate to go back. Right from as soon as I walked in felt like they cared about customers and they were very strongly recommended by other people.

We called several companies to have the cracked vanity sink removed and replaced with a new one, but no one wanted to attempt the work for fear of cracking the marble. We are grateful that Bob Petrov accepted the job. We did confirm that we would buy a new piece of marble from him if the marble cracked. The installer arrived on September 11th and proceeded to remove the cracked sink with a hammer. Once it was completely removed, he siliconed the new sink into place. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 is because excessive silicone was used and it took me several days to remove the excess. Otherwise a decent job.
