Most drywall and framing professionals are trained to use levels, squares, and proper layout techniques. However, poor results can occur due to rushed work, lack of experience, inadequate supervision, or existing structural issues that were not corrected before installation. If walls, ceilings, or framing are noticeably out of level or out of square, I recommend having the work inspected to identify whether the issue is with the framing, drywall installation, or the structure itself.
