There are differences in caulking for residential and commercial uses. Commercial caulk will be more durable. It is designed for higher UV exposure as well as frequent cleaning and heavy usage.

Yes, there are meaningful differences between the products used in residential and commercial settings, though the distinction is based more on performance requirements, durability, and health regulations rather than simply the "brand" of the caulk.
While you will see many "Kitchen & Bath" products at hardware stores marketed toward residential users, professional-grade or commercial-spec sealants are engineered for high-traffic environments and specific code compliance. Regardless of the grade, ensure you are choosing 100% silicone for wet areas like showers and bathtubs. While "siliconized acrylic" (latex) caulks are easier to clean up and paintable, they lack the long-term waterproof flexibility of pure silicone and are much more likely to fail or mold in high-moisture environments.
