Retaining wall between properties

This portion of the property is under the jurisdiction of the GTA conservation Authority. Is a permit required to repair an existing retaining wall?

Yes, a permit may be required, and because the property is within a Conservation Authority regulated area, I would not start repairing the “retaining” wall until the Authority confirms the work is exempt or approves it.
