Faucet shut offs seized

Both faucet shutoffs won’t budge. Have sprayed lubricant in the nuts to no avail. Unfortunately there is no main shutoff my unit, only for the whole building so I don’t want to do anything drastic.

Unfortunately this does happen and you will need to have the faucet cut out or replace the vanity.
