Aeroseal software allows the technician to accurately measure the duct leakage in residential homes and commercial buildings. The Aeroseal process puts escaping air under pressure and causes polymer particles to stick first to the edges of a leak, then to each other until the leak is closed. The technology was developed within the Indoor Environment Program at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, whose IAQ scientists tested it. The research was funded by US Environmental protection agency, US dept. of Energy, Electric Power Research Institute and California Institute of Energy and Environment. The University of California was granted initial patents in 1996 and 1999, and Aeroseal holds an exclusive license to the technology.
Yuri is very knowledgable. I had a high humidity issue and he lowered it but finding the issues and remedying the situation. He was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend the service 100%. My windows were so wet I had to put towels in each one. Now they are dry thanks to a large hole that I didn't even know I had being covered as well as the leaky ducts being sealed. The job required the involvement of several tradesmen. All of the guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. We just bought a home and we wanted to put in a fence. This company came highly recommended by homestars and they did not disappoint. Larry is very professional and respectful giving us excellent advice on how to approach our fence. We had something in mind and he outdid himself. The fence is very sturdy and beautiful, and the deck looks brand new! We couldn't have asked for a better contractor, and whenever we have more work to do down the line, he will be the first we contact.
