My $450 Treasure Garden patio umbrella broke 8 days after purchase. As of April 23,2010 I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the warranty from the manufacturer, dealer or retailer. Nor have I been able to obtain a refund or exchange.

- They need to review their warranty policy, their customer service practices and method of handling customer claims.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Ask for complete warranty information BEFORE putting your money down.
