Main floor renovation & electrical upgrade
We hired Oborne to do a total gut of our main floor (ceilings, floors, walls) and to upgrade our knob and tube wiring throughout the house. It was an extensive reno that lasted two months. We received several quotes and ultimately went with Oborne after meeting with John. His detailed estimates and upfront attitude regarding what we could and couldn't (or shouldn't) do was what impressed us.
Our foreman, Jim, has now spoiled us for future contractors. It will be hard to top Jim's attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge. He is a great guy, very easy to talk to and be around. Any concerns or questions we had were dealt with or answered honestly and respectfully.
We would enthusiastically recommend Oborne, especially to those wary of contractors.
