The Brock representative arrived on schedule, the day I moved into my 80 year old home. Unfortunately, my movers were 8 hours late and I was just arriving at the same time. While I was directing movers, he walked around taking measurements. He understood that with much work to do around the house, that I was trying to keep costs down and recommended the windows to replace first. He gave me a quote and went on his way.
