Custom home Build Supplied all windows, sliding doors and doors
We had Brock supply windows for our custom home a year ago, this is the second house we have all the windows from Brock, the last one being 9 years ago, and no issues with the product. The north star windows and service from Brock was always top notch. I worked with Mike N. and Mark H. to get all the windows ordered, some of the patio door sizes are so big they have never been done but Mark would call the manufacturer to find out, and tried their best to make them. This summer, a few windows needed minor adjustment, and Brock sent Nick for the service call. He was very professional and knew his products well, he was able to fix them after taking one look at them. They stand behind their product and comes address the issues unlike many other companies.
I would not hesitate to use Brock again if we were to do another build.
