Although they measured for our new windows, Brock's measurements were short by almost 3" on each side & then they claimed the delivered windows were "as per the contract & measurements we provided". They left debris from the installation in our garden & they failed to caulk the top, unseen part of the moulding (on 5 windows) until reminded. We were definitely not impressed & will not use them again for other windows in the house.

Update April 11th 2017: We have received no correspondence from this reviewer, unfortunately we have not been able to effectively resolve this for said reviewer or confirm this as true or false.
