*Update. After over one year that the door was installed, in the winter the bottom of the door seeped moisture into the hardwood floor and it's black from water damage. We put down a towel to soak up the moisture, but it did nothing. Last week (July 2019) we were outside on the deck and went to go inside and the screen door locked on us! I had something on the stove. We were frantic and had to force the screen door up and off the track. Now it won't sit properly on the track.
Will never use Brock Windows again.
From the time we arranged for the quote to completion, everything was done without any problems. The installers were professional, worked hard and cleaned up the site with nothing left behind.
