I've used them twice for the same property. The first time I called it was urgent to get the stuff removed that day. I called a student junk removal service who assured me they could do it and when the guys showed up they refused to do it that day. 1-800-GOT-JUNK sent a truck that day and the men removed it all (atruck load) in record time without complaint.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The second time they came out the truck was staffed by 2 slighter than average men. They did a good job but could not remove a steel fence post with a big hunk of concrete on it because it was too heavy for them. Maybe they should match the slighter guys with with bulkier guy. I described that it was an old chain link fence, posts 7 concrete. I will still use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- If you've got especially heavy stuff make it extra clear to them so they send hefty guys.
