I have used 1 800 Got Junk many times and each time I have received great service. I think it's important for people to understand the cost savings of using this service. It is not cheaper to remove on your own if you calculate the cost of renting a truck, man power, disposal fees etc. The drivers today Pedro and Brandon A were wonderful, they stayed in touch and communicated clearly. They were prompt, attentive, clear on pricing and the how the system worked. They were very respectful of my home and my dog - I felt safe as a woman on her own. They made sure I was satisfied with the removal and asked if they could help with anything else.
Overall, a great experience and both Pedro and Brandon A are an asset to the company.
I will continue to use 1 800 Got junk in the future.
