I had to have a broken gas dryer (already detached from the gas line) removed from the second floor of my home and Sunday was the only day I was available. Zach and Geoff arrived from 1-800-Got-Junk and got the job done promptly and in a friendly, professional manner. It also helped that they promoted a charity event that the company was sponsoring.
The only reason I rated the company with a 4 rather than a 5 is that there was some confusion over arranging an arrival time over the phone which led to playing phone tag.
