I needed a much loved expensive silk/wool area rug resized for a new room. They were very helpful- contacted me with photos of the rug after cleaning with their suggestion on the best approach to cutting (we decided to cut both sides to maintain a symmetrical pattern). Entire process- pick up, cutting, washing and delivery was very quick. Would recommend them again.
