I contacted A1 Quality Chimney to schedule the cleaning and inspection for the fireplace and they were able to come the same day. Their pricing was excellent and the technician was very courteous and professional.

Very pleased with the recent wood burning chimney cleaning service we received. They were fast, professional, fit into our schedule, came on Saturday. Checked gas fireplaces at same time at no extra charge. That is customer service.

Making the appointment was easy and we even received a reminder call a day prior to the appointment. This chimney clean job was done quickly, the serviceman left the work area clean and he was very courteous.

The guys are fast, friendly and I was always able to contact them either through email or telephone at anytime. They came in, did the job and offered some great advice - with no sales pressure. Recommended!

After being turned down by two companies which deal in chimney cleaning and gas fireplace cleaning, I landed on A-1 Chimney Cleaning Repair. Expecting another rejection, I was surprised when Kelly offered his assistance and immediate attention to the problem at hand. He was delightful and enthusiastic to help me with my chimney and gas fireplace. Shortly after our conversation, Kelly sent over a gentleman named Bob for a free estimate. Bob came with years of experience and knowledge. He didn't waste any time. He advised me on what was important to get done and what I could ignore and not worry over. Bob looked over the gas fireplace and got on the phone to have someone who was gas certified to come over ASAP to have it cleaned(had not cleaned it in 7years). Bob was out the door on his next call and shortly after, I received a call from Kelly. He was already on a mission to send over Neville to clean my fireplace. Neville came the next day. He was very professional, polite, and smelled great!(he was wearing Hillfiger cologne). The rate was reasonable and the job was extremely well done! My fireplace looked brand new. I plan to use this company again. I have already set up an appointment for 2013 for a gas fireplace cleaning. After Neville left, Kelly called to confirm if service was completed and if I was happy. A-1 Quality Chimney was great. They were the only company I spoke to who could handle our type of chimneys AND come out for a free quote (everyone else had one problem or another). A-1 was quick and very efficient. Not to mention affordable and very knowledgeable! They walked me through some things and really helped educate me on the systems we have here. Bob and his team are truly amazing at scheduling the appointments with owners, who are sometimes difficult to reach, or to have them remain home for this mandatory work. They leave notes on the doors advising as to when they will be back so that we are able to complete the entire complex in a timely manner.
We have received many compliments from our condominium owners on how professional and how pleasant they are.
For many years, we used other companies and were never able to complete every unit and the burden of reaching owners was left to Management. Since we started using A1 Quality Chimney, they have handled all of the bookings and follow-up.

A-1 did a fast and professional job on repairing serious cracks at the top of my 2 large chimneys. The job was complicated but they finished easily in 2 days. They used superior matierials than the originals. I also use them to sweep yearly. Top notch work.

We needed a new liner for our gas furnace. Rick provided a competitive quote and came on Saturday to install it. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because the liner had deteriorated badly but Rick and his partner completed the job diligently. They reported that we were missing shingles on our roof which was helpful. Unfortunately, our gas water heater was not working the next day (turned out to be an unrelated problem) and Rick returned on Sunday to re-light the pilot light. The owner, Bob, followed up on Monday to ensure that the hot water was still working which was much appreciated. Great job!
