When I called Advanced Plumbing I explained the general issue I was experiencing and they immediately diagnosed the problem (a malfunctioning thermal expansion tank). I called late in the afternoon but they were able to schedule me early for the next day. George showed up on time and I showed him the situation and explained the details to him, and he answered all of my questions, including a few about unrelated plumbing issues. Before beginning any work he explained the price to me and after we discussed how to proceed, he set about fixing the problem diligently, installing a larger thermal expansion tank, making sure the pressure was set correctly, building a mounting solution to support its weight, and then testing the result to make sure it worked. He was able to resolve a problem in only a few hours that I had had for over a month, and stayed to make sure that everything was working correctly before he left. His work was tidy, efficient, and most importantly, effective.
