It was an absolute pleasure to have our shutters installed by Ryan and his team. The entire process was painless and quick, having experienced first hand how painful it is to purchase shutters from a big box store (Home Depot) and having to wait over 7 months for the entire process to be completed I only wish I had thought of using a private company to begin with.

Delighted with the finished product, the quality is better and the service was superior.

We recently moved into a new house and had to outfit all the windows. I heard great reviews for Allure Windows and decided to get a quote from them. The quote was quite reasonable and the consultation provided by Sal was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the various products the company offered and gave very useful insight on what products fit best for each room in the house, based on how we planned to use each room.

Initially, the Roman shades I had ordered did not appeal to us because it appeared a bit wrinkled on the seams. The wrinkles created gaps between the windows and the shades so the room wasn't dark enough for a nursery. I informed Sal of the problem and he was very understanding and took it back. Instead of just taking it apart to add a blackout backing, he suggested re-doing it from scratch to make it wider so less light would come in. He also took the other Roman shades from the other room (all 5 panels!) to iron them as flat as possible. They turned out fantastic!

The faux wood blinds and roller shades were great. The quality and installation were great.

Ryan and the Allure team did a great job on our first set of windows last year, so we had them come in to finish the rest of the house. They fitted and installed shutters throughout the rest of the house and the result is, again, fantastic. Very helpful and efficient sales, not pushy at all, and another great installation team got the job done quickly. Work was very clean, the guys were super friendly and they did a good job installing despite some crooked window frames (our house is 100+ years). Allure has installed custom shutters and blinds on all of our windows now, so we are very pleased to recommend them to others.

I called Allure Window Decor Inc for an in-home estimate on Eclipse Shutters after months of wondering how expensive they would be. I felt hesitant about having someone come to the house but Ryan Mucci quickly made me feel at ease about the process. Ryan discussed all of the options, answered all of my questions, made expertise suggestions and worked out a price. He put no pressure on me to make an immediate decision. I felt so comfortable with him and the quote that I booked the company on the spot. The installers who came two weeks later were prompt and professional. Seven months later and I am still pleased with the product itself and the company. I have since recommended Allure to my mom and sister who also ordered shutters. It was a perfect choice.

After checking with several distributors of shutters and blinds, Ryan Mucci was fabulous. He explained in detail how they work, what would work the best for the space, etc. He was very professional. Also, the installers had a high work ethic and were respectful of the house, cleaned up and were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Allure Windows. Their professionalism and efficiency is a rarity these days.

Eclipse Shutters installed with frames. Love the outcome. The whole process was smooth. Sal came to measure and certified Eclipse team came to my house to install shutters. I wish Eclipse had a lighter colour to match out window trims but outcome is still amazing..

We purchased a new home and wanted our window coverings installed prior to move in date. Ryan worked using our house plans, colours, went to the builder to enter the house for measurements. He helped choose appropriate window coverings and installed them on time for us. We were very pleased with his work ethic and interest in ensuring we were completely satisfied with the work done.

My blinds in my condo were in terrible shape and we getting ready to sell it. My friends had used Allure for their house blinds and had strongly recommended them. We called Ryan and he came down and gave us a quote. My friends were right, and we went with Ryan not because of price but because we felt comfortable with him. My wife LOVED the installer. We were worried that the blinds may not fit in the elevator (we had one with avry long section) but the installer said he would walk all 19th floors just to get it to our condo. Luckily for him, it just fit with a bit of bending....

Any ways, we would like to thank Ryan and his team...we sold our condo and off to our new house and if we need new blinds...we won't even think of anyone else but Allure to install it!!!
