Alpine Roofing

July 2012: I needed to follow up constantly with Alpine for them to come out and give me a quote and when I finally signed and faxed back the offer sheet (for a new flat roof on a double garage plus new eaves troughs and downspouts), I received a follow up call only 5 days later after I placed two more calls. I also had to clean up the numerous pieces of aluminum and two nails on my property in plain sight. My toddler could have easily stumbled on them. They did not live up to their `final clean up to the customer`s complete satisfaction` as stated on their contract.
July 2013: I placed a call because of pooling on my flat roof, was told someone would come out to inspect it, and am still waiting 12 days later for an inspection. I turned away other contractors who were following up with me that also offered a cheaper price, but I (regrettably) went with Alpine because of popularity.
