I'm taking the time to write another review for AtlasCare, because they "recovered with flair" from a small misunderstanding. When I booked the first follow-up service call to the annual furnace maintenance program I'd purchased in January, I thought I was booking just the service, without the furnace filter & humidifier pad. The reason I'd wanted this is that the cost to include the filter & pad is $160, and these can be purchased at a hardware store for about $40, which I'd done, so had my own filter & pad at the time of the service call. However AltasCare thought I was booking the service call to include them, and the mistake was only discovered after the work was done & the filer & pad had been replaced by AtlasCare. When I explained the mistake, they corrected it without hesitation, by using the filer that I'd bought & replacing theirs, and removing this charge from the bill. While they could have taken the position that they'd already replaced the filter from their own inventory, and couldn't take it back, they chose to make it right & keep the relationship. Well done!
