Air Conditioner and thermostat purchase and installation
AtlasCare was one of several suppliers that quoted on this work. The salesperson, Fraser Hillis took the time to understand our current installation and challenges we were facing with inconsistent heating and cooling. He proposed equipment, ( Lennox AC unit and Ecobee thermostat with remote sensors). He explained how/why he had chosen this equipment and why it would be effective.
The installation team was excellent. (Ryan/Jason/John). They worked carefully and neatly, were knowledgeable and helpful when we asked questions, and were upbeat as they went about the job. When they finished they went through the work they had done, pointing out the improvements they had made. They explained the operation and features of the A/C unit, gave us a hands-on tutorial on the thermostat, and provided valuable information on maintenance and warranty coverage.
I would highly recommend AtlasCare and this team to others.
