My hot water tank broke Saturday night and my experience with Atlas Care couldn't have been any better. I called their emergency line late at night and chatted with their on-call technician (Garrett? Gerard?) who, after sharing videos of the issue, was able to diagnose the problem and the need for a full replacement. He talked me through all the safety precautions I should take over night to isolate the problem and make sure that the heater was stable overnight so it could be investigated the next day.
The next day, Abdel visted our home to do an on-site visit to review of our broken water heater and walk us through our options for replacement. He was patient with all of our questions and even worked on the weekend to confirm the replacement water heater would be installed first thing Monday morning. My experince with Adbel was much better than my experience with other providers who would only give me quotes over the phone and couldn't quote the cost of the job until they finished the work.
On the install day, Abdel came by early in the morning just as the installers arrived to make sure the day went smoothly. He was always available for a call or text message to answer any questions.
On the day of, the installers (Mike and Mike) were amazing. They were on time, polite, answered all of my questions, and did terrific work. They finished on time, cleaned up afterwards and before leaving they spent time walking me through the system and work they completed.
Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
