Our freezer conked out over the Holidays, and I went to Home Stars to find a repair service. I phoned Aubrey and he got back to me right away. The repair was then scheduled for the next morning, and Aubrey was right on time. He quickly discovered the problem, explaining this to me (a failed relay), and installed a new one that he had with him. I was amazed because the freezer is 31 years old. This experience was very positive, and I'm delighted with the result. I might add that I'm an engineer, and normally hard to please. In this instance, though, I'm more than happy with Aubrey's expertise and the very reasonable cost; and I'll count on him again for any future appliance issues.
