Hands down worst service I have ever experienced. We purchased a couch, love seat and dining room set. The delivery was made on time however after the truck left we discovered the wrong chairs were brought with the dining room table. Phoned and found out it would be 2 to 4 weeks for our chairs. The chairs had to be put together, about 2 hours work by hand. We didn't have to do that but since we had already gotten rid of our old set we would have nothing to sit on for 2-4 weeks til the correct chairs arrived. So 3 weeks later the correct chairs arrived and they had to be put together. In the meantime while flipping the cushions on the couch to vacuum underneath we discovered all 5 cushions were splitting straight down the middle. Customer service rep came out to have a look two weeks after we called. He said it was manufacturer defect. A week later customer service called to say they would pick up the couch and love seat to fix the cushions. The delivery guys came saw it was just the cushions and took only the cushions so at least we would have something to sit on in the family room. A week and a half later we get a call that the truck will be bringing back our cushions. Truck comes--no cushions but the fellas have a work order to pick up couch and love seat. Call customer service and the store nobody know what is going on and I still have no cushions on my couch. We purchased on boxing day, it is now March 15 and the transaction is still not complete. Just a good reminder that the price is probably too good to be true. Don't be lured in, this company stinks and I will never ever purchase from them again.
