Roofing - completely redone -with flat roof section

We have has bad experiences in the past with roofers (repairs poorly done, no warranty support, etc.) - we were trepidatious about contractors in general. The quality of the work, and the commitment they made to completing things, including bringing on extra resources mid-day when they noticed the problems under the shingles.
