I’ve thought long and hard how to put into words how extremely pleased I am with the work of Better Contracting. In a society that is so used to hearing and giving complaints, it's hard to come up with the right wording to express sincere gratitude in someone's excellent workmanship. It's rare that you come across a company who epitomize quality and excellent customer service as much as they do. I had 3 companies come in and give me quotes prior to calling Better Contracting. When I met Mike, I knew that he was the person I wanted to give my business to. He and his team took my house and brought life, character, curb appeal and incredible functionality to an old, tired, and poorly ventilated roof. Mike and his team - including Deb in their office ( I hope I remembered her name correctly) are the ultimate professionals and they have absolutely proven that they know their work and take a lot of pride in their jobs. Debbie kept me informed of when my special shingles would be arriving and when to expect the crew to arrive. The guys on the site were so professional and meticulous - constantly cleaning as they worked. Mike brought his expertise and recommended the best approach, the best colour and the best products that suited my house location, lifestyle, pocketbook, and wishes. I knew nothing about roofing and I put my entire trust and faith in their hands. Their attention to detail compares to no company that I have ever come in contact with before. I can't stop looking at the job that they did. It still brings a huge smile to my face each time I look at it. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. This necessary expense was well worth every single cent I spent. I'm so proud to say that Mike Graves and his team of ultimate professionals worked on my house.
