Better Contracting Services

We had some damage done to our roof by our local raccoon friends. They had torn off a number of shingles along with some other damage in an attempt to enter. This was a bit of an emergency, especially at this time of year with our unpredictable weather. We immediately contacted Better Contracting who had initially installed the roof several years ago. Within a short time they were onsite, repaired the roof and even checked one of our eavestrough that we were having a problem with.

They did a superior job in adding new vents as they saw needed. Chris in the office and the owner Mike were in contact with us before, during, and after the job. Better Contracting installed a new roof for me in 2008. It's in great shape, but the flashing over the porch roof has flaked away over the years. Although the warranty on the work has long since expired, the company offered to remove and replace the flashing for half their usual house call rate. They came a week later, and carried out the work efficiently and professionally. They also checked out a couple of very small issues I brought to their attention. Overall, I recommend Better Contracting very highly.
