Water on the floor by air conditioner

The air conditioner was making a funny sound. Went to check and saw water on the floor around the furnace. Immediately turned off air conditioner and cleaned up area.
Brandon arrived and unblocked a drain. Cleaned out filters. (Oops!) And did a few tests. Brandon adjusted the fan speed and and added some coolant. I got some good advice and will keep our filters clean. Very pleased with the service.
