My AC broke and I had Buttons come in. The service tech advised it was probably not worth it to repair and also noted my furnace was extremely old (original) and could break and cause some serious issues very soon. He suggested a whole new HVAC system. I had a few companies come and check it out and give me quotes and going with Buttons was a very easy decision. He kept in constant contact with me and understood I wanted to get a couple other quotes before committing. But after having Jason explain everything in detail that I could understand and also provide assistance navigating potential rebate programs, I knew Buttons was the best option. I decided to do a new furnace plus heat pump to take advantage of the rebate program. When the team came on install day, they were courteous, professional and the hardest workers I've ever seen. They arrived just after 8am and left around 5:30pm which is what they estimated. It was a big, long job and they were there all day but were not an inconvenience to me at all. I could tell they were working non-stop and put a lot of care and thought into the job. I was so impressed! When the job was done they cleaned everything up completely and explained all of the new equipment to me.
