I contacted Buttons after being bullied by another heating/A/C company into signing a contract for a new furnace and air conditioner. From the first call, the staff at Buttons were courteous, informative and NOT pushy. I decided to have them install a furnace and heat pump after being informed about the new rebates; the installers arrived very promptly, were super nice and efficient and the young man who came to set up the thermostat was kind enough to explain it all to me.
If that weren't enough, I had a follow-up conversation with Todd who furthered explained the heat pump and rebate program.
Would I recommend Buttons? YES!
