Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Reached out to Buttons on the advice of a friend as we wanted to replace our 15 year old furnace AC with a new heatpump and gas backup.
They were very professional have been doing this for a very long time. Our sales associate knew both the Daikin and Trane lineup quite well and suggested two excellent options.
We went with the Daikin as the price was slightly better and also the unit is quieter when in operation.
We now have a nice warm house even when it gets below freezing out there on the heat pump alone. I do suspect we will need the gas backup once it gets well below -10C as explained quite well to me by the Buttons team.
